How much do you charge?

What if the amount of recruits required changes?
Our services are adaptable. We work closely with you to adjust our strategy and resources to match any changes in your recruitment requirements throughout the process. We will always be upfront and set expectations accordingly.
How far in advance should I start recruiting when opening a new venue?
We recommend starting the recruitment process as early as possible, ideally 3-4 months before your planned opening date (particularly for Managers) to ensure ample time for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding the right team. If you are looking for entry level staff members usually 6 weeks is perfect timing!
I don't know what roles I need, can you help?
Absolutely! We can assist you in defining the necessary roles and creating detailed job descriptions based on your business model and operational needs. We will do a full scope analysis of similar operators to help you make an informed decision.
How do you source candidates?
We utilise a multi-channel approach, including targeted job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach, to find the best talent for your business.
Do you advertise as yourself or as my business?
We advertise as your business. One of the key features of using us is that we will set up your job board platforms on your behalf. Any paid job boards or ATS are optional at your cost. All job boards will be transferred to you once opening is complete.
Do you complete all checks on candidates, contracts etc?
We ask and log all the required information such as right to work, criminal convictions, first aid etc. You as the employer will be required to conduct the checks and provide any employment related documents. We are always happy to provide guidance on any of these areas.
Are there any misunderstandings about how Team Launch works?
Yes, a common misconception is that we are a traditional recruitment agency. We think of ourselves as your internal recruitment team, providing comprehensive support without the overhead of salaries or an agencies salary % commission on each hire. We can handle everything from creating job descriptions to guiding on reward packages, candidate sourcing, and interviewing (and beyond).
How do you make sure the recruits are right for my business?
We conduct thorough pre-screens, interviews, and, if required, skills assessments. We create clear scoring matrix's for all positions to ensure quality selection. We also take the time to understand your company culture (or help you create this) and specific requirements to ensure a strong fit. We are firm believers in personality first - find the right people, mould them into the right talent!
Will you provide notes on candidates from pre-screens or interviews?
Yes, we provide detailed notes and feedback from all pre-screened and interviewed candidates to help you make informed decisions.
What is your average time to fill a position?
Our average time to fill a position varies depending on the role and market conditions, but we always strive for efficiency without compromising on quality. We will be transparent prior to and during your time with us with continuous updates.
What happens if recruits drop out and I'm left short for the time of opening?
We offer contingency planning and support to quickly address any unexpected drop-outs, ensuring your operations are not disrupted.
I have no idea on what to offer as a compensation package for new staff members, can you help?
